Having Trouble Logging In?

If you can't get into your account, here are a few things worth checking before reaching out to support.

  • Make sure you're using the correct username or the email address linked to your account.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive — check that Caps Lock is off and try again carefully.
  • If you enabled two-factor authentication, have your OTP-registered mobile number ready.
  • Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser or device.
  • For password recovery or locked accounts, contact our 24/7 live chat support team directly.
BMY24 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.

Keeping Your Account Safe

Your account security is something we take seriously, and there are a few simple habits that go a long way in keeping things safe on your end.

Use a unique password that you don't use on other platforms — ideally a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable details like birthdays or common words. If you play on a shared device at home or in an internet cafe in Quezon City or anywhere else, always log out after each session and uncheck the "Keep me logged in" option.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account settings. This adds an extra step using your registered Philippine mobile number — even if someone gets hold of your password, they still can't get in without the OTP sent to your phone.

If you ever notice unfamiliar activity on your account — an unexpected login alert or a transaction you didn't make — contact our support team right away so we can help secure your account quickly.

FAQ

Login Questions Answered

Common questions from BMY24 players about account access.

Yes. BMY24 allows you to log in using either your registered email address or your username. Your Philippine mobile number is primarily used for OTP verification and account security rather than as a login credential, but check your account settings for the most current login options available.

If you've forgotten your password, contact the BMY24 support team via live chat. They'll guide you through the account recovery process after verifying your identity. For security reasons, password reset links and OTPs are sent only to your registered contact details.

BMY24 automatically locks accounts after multiple consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure to protect against unauthorised access. If this happens, wait a short period before trying again, or contact our support team to have your account unlocked and verify your identity.

On your personal device, keeping the session active is generally convenient and safe as long as your phone is secured with a PIN, fingerprint, or face unlock. On shared devices — like a computer at an internet café — always log out manually after each session and avoid saving your password in the browser.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled from your account security settings after logging in. Once activated, every login will require an OTP sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. It's a quick setup and adds significant protection to your account.

Yes, you can log in from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop browser. Your account balance, game history, and settings sync automatically across devices. For the smoothest mobile experience, download the BMY24 app from the Download page.
